:confused: I have a Mercury 2 Stroke 25 HP outboard engine and it works perfectly fine when I have the cap off the engine..But when I put the cap on the engine it starts okay and everything but it wont go..it doesnt kick into high speed and it has a jerking feeling to it.. it just doesnt make...
I have a mecury boat engine 25hp and the problem is that my engine will go full speed without choking when the cover is off...but when i put the cover on the engine chokes alot and it wont go full speed.. :confused:
