year 85 suzuki 115 outboard
when I run it the flow of water coming out varies. Will be a strong stream sometimes when I really open it up and sometimes when it just sitting in neutral but when I take off it slows , which makes sense but when I get it on plane it doesn't always come back...
will trim down but only hear a click when trying to trim up.

Where should I start.
