What are the differences between Merc 165 I4 vs Merc 470? I know one is 165hp and the other is 170hp. I think same block on both. Do they both have the same issues? Is 165 newer than the 470?

I have an Evinrude 75hp Starflite V4 4500rpm motor on a 15 ft open bow boat (6 person tag). The propeller I am looking at buying is labeled pj75 10-1/2" diameter & 10 pitch. Will that work?
Motor is a 1961 75hp Evinrude Starflite III.
This motor sat for 18 years and now it's alive. It idled very well. Only problem is, it wasn't pumping water. Impeller is probably totally dead.
Is there any impellers interchangeable for my motor?
