92 Mercruiser 305. The inlet hose connects to a pipe on the left lower side of the engine. Is that a one way valve? Do I need to pour antifreeze down that hose? Also, is pulling the hoses on both manifolds getting all the water out? I drained the block and pulled the tstat housing to replace the...
Does the new carpet in a 20’ bow rider go in as one full piece or sections? Are the sides of the hull separate pieces? My lake ready rotten boat had been re-decked with no fiberglass and hacked stringers then carpet glued on raw plywood. All the carpet came off in pieces. Now that this boat is...
I have reached the point in my restoration of a crownline 196 that I have pb'd the plugs in the holes fI made for foam. I will say that tips about to use acetone for the stir stick and paper towels to clean my dollar store mixing cups was spot on. Messy but only needed one stir stick two small...
how do I finish the edges of the new deck around the bilge opening? The deck was replaced but had no fiberglass or resin. Thus, the rebuild from bare hull up. Thanks

I guess I'm not searching right. I bought an angle guide for my drill. picture I took looks like about 45 degrees but does anyone know the correct angle. Sure don't want to mess it up.
I have removed the under platform ladder and am putting an above platform ladder on. When I put my new transom in I will glass over some of the holes. Can I drill them out and use epoxy like pc11 to fill all the holes?
My Crownline 196 is gutted and grinding done. I have all the wood cut and ready to go. I am getting my 475 pounds of material tomorrow. I am starting with pb bonding the transom first and practicing my pb method on the transom before I put it in the boat. I will csm the back side and am wanting...
