    83 Evinrude 25hp Won't Stop

    I Have A 25hp 1983 Evinrude Outboard Manual Start. You Can Push The Kill Switch And Nothing Happens. I Have Opened The First Connector In The Engine And I'm Getting Continunity Between Ground And Pin "a" Any Help Is Appreciated.
