part number that mercury has for this dosent fit..F10063 or 1395-8983 wont work...i have found that this carb body was on alot of other stuff..outdoor power equipment...part number that fits is 75-528-1 and it is brass...you can get it at most mower repair shops or walbro..
i have a 15 hp 83 mont wards and it will start 2nd pull run really good for 5 min sometimes and then die..new fuel lines.. fuel pump working..while idling it will pop.... rev low then rev back up.... will idle only for a few min in neutral..same in if i run it in forward gear...fuel comes out...
