    40 hp mariner won't run at full throttle

    i have a 40 hp mariner that when you go to full throttle it will run for a little while untill it drops speed and rpms down a lot. then when you bring it back to idle it stalls out.<br /><br />please help

    1964 Evinrude Yachtwin wont start I have just replaced the coils and cleaned the hole thing out and it wont start. i cheaked the points and they are working. there is a spart but it waont turn over. model no. 3432c serial no. B106153

    model # 106153 serial # 3432 <br />not starting at all just put new coils in and about to put new points in but it is not even smoke don't no what is wrong please help if you can thanks!
