I have a aluminum pontoon boat with an old 20hp motor.
The motor is not able to charge a battery, however I was hoping to install a stereo and two cigarette lighter adapters to a single 40ah marine battery. The boat is tied up to my house so I will just recharge the battery at the end...

A couple of questions, would appreciate a reply.
Just got a 16' pontoon with an older Yamaha 20HP motor (my first boat - it's a start). It is in bad condition, but was cheap and runs well. Function over form and all that.
The motor serial plate reads:
