    RPMs bouce back and forth from 3300 to 2500 on my SWS 250

    This boat has twin 250 Salt Water ox66 98'. The port engine will join other engine when at mid range say 3300 rpms but then after a few seconds the port engine will drop to 2500 rpms, boat speed will drop and then after 5 secs it will go back up to 3300 rpms and boat will speed up.
