I have 2003 Triton 173 Sport that has just a on/off switch for the livewell. Can I remove the switch and replace it with a timer switch so it is not running constantly?
Only recently and occasionally the tach needle will jump up to a higher rpm and return to operating rpm. The jump is very quick and does not occur all the time. 03 Merc 50 hp makes no sound of it's rpms rising. Any idea what is causing this?
I have a 18 gallon built in gas tank. Here in CT all gas is 10% ethanol. I'm getting conflicting answeres weather to top off the tank and add stabilizer or drain as much fuel as possible and add stabilizer. Either way the motor will be fogged, a 2003 mercury 50 hp. Which way should I go? No...
