    adding a center console to a 12ft starcraft

    Any ideas about how to go about this. the starcraft is 1966 12.ft v bottom Would like to add a console up towards the front. Thinking of using aluminium to cut down on weight. any help or suggestions would be helpful

    Corner Cap's

    I have a 1963 StarCraft 11.5ft. I've been looking for replacements for the corner caps, with no luck. I have the pieces for each side but not sure getting them welded will work.     Using Treated Plywood In Aluminum Boat

    I have some left over 3/4 treated plywood and was wondering if I coat it with varnish both sides or even paint it, what do you think it will be ok? Ill be using it for flooring on my 12 ft Alum V-bottom. thanks
