    no power

    1971 merc 400 40 hp 2 cylinder.idles good but when you give it full throttle it shuts off. replaced fuel line, pump,cleaned carb,fresh gas. if you unhook 1 plug wire then it will run at full throtle.any ideas what may be wrong.
