Motor runs good and is reliable now, but idle is still rough. when i checked the timing the screw is all the way in. A boat shop told me thats probably because the motor is "worn out and wouldnt idle." Thats my problem if i set it at the 4degree Atdc it wont idle...

I have been checking my spark and everything i read is " bright blue thick spark" at 7/16 gap. Maybe im looking for a little more discription of good spark? Im seeing thick spark from one end of the tester, thinner spark coming...
So the plug got left out on the trailer yesterday and needless to say we took on some water. The boat got on plane twice from the ramp(7min run time tops) then started sputtering and stalled. Found back compartment full of water which ment water above fuel tank. Ran bilge and emergency bilge...
