Just pick up a bayliner 2850 w the 5.7l Volvo 260. It stopped shifting and it's already in the water. Is it ok to take the shift linkage cover off the drive, while it's in the water? Want to see what's going on...
Anyone know if someone makes a steering hub extension? I'd be a lot more comfortable if my wheel came out another 2 inches. I feel like I lean over a lot, instead of sitting back in the chair.

I got an Attwood Avenir from iboats and love the design. The white plastic shell doesn't seem to line up with the t-bolts in the black seat pan itself. I must be doing something wrong. Any advice?
