    2001 Monterey 248 LS open bow 5.7 GXI Volvo DP 95 Scanned hours. It can run absolutely STRONG then it will fall off plane and will not take gas. It Boggs down and will back fire. I pull back and it will not die and will continue to run app 1100-1500rpm... After a bit of trying to get it on plane...
