    What is this for?

    It is on the bottom of the manifold where the lower carb goes. It is not shown in my manual. I can't see any place to connect the hose. It just lies loose When I took the hose off I noticed it was intentionally plugged. Just leave it plugged, or is there a purpose for this? Thanks! SEE PIC...
