working on 1989 70 hp Evinrude for friend of mine. I am experienced and have never had this problem before and cannot seem to cure it. I have a steady stream of water 6-8 inches out of idle relief ports. I have resealed everything...adapter housing, powerhead..new water pump..inspected tuner...
