I have a 1989 200 evinrude that will max out at 4800 RPM's. I believe the max range for this motor is 5500-5700. Is there a way to make sure the throttle is opening all the way up. If it is would a different prop help it to gain the extra RPM's. i believe it has a 19 pitch now. Any help...
