    1995 tiger shark

    On top of the fuel tank is a (brass?) barn that the suction line connects to. Is that removable from the tank? It’s been sitting a while and I can’t get fuel up that line so there must be a plug.

    Correct prop

    Just bought a 2000 Starcraft pontoon a 240 classic. It has a 50 horse mercury on it. Slow speeds is fine but 3:4 throttle the engine Revs up almost like it’s out of water. Could it be a prop issue as in wrong prop? I can’t read the numbers well on their. I can read a138p maybe at the end? Is...

    rusted pulleys

    the crank pulley is rusted really bad, sharp edges lots ofpitting, is there any cleaning to this or do i just order new ones? didnt know if sand blasting would help that enough?

    19ft 4.3 omc questions, slow?

    here is the two pictures i have of my boat as of now, can get tomorrow of it tomorrow. everything is fine when there is only a couple people in the boat, but if say you get 8 in there (wich is max capacity) it wont plane or if it does it takes forever at wide open throttle! has hesitation...

    spark arrestor 4.3 omc

    i had a belt come loose and it got dust shavings all over in the spark arrestor on top of the carb on an omc 4.3 what is the best way to get those out i tried spraying it with brake cleaner it just wont come out

    1989 omc 4.3 drive belts

    does anyone happen to know the size of the belts for the alternator and power steering system for the boat, its two seperate boats im just not by the boat so cant measure them, and also what series are they? thanks

    sylvan 19ft, 4.3 omc

    it has the 2 barrel rotchestor carb on it, idles fine and drives fine, but it trys to stall or hessitate when taking off, if you slowly increase throttle it trys to dye out then hit the gas and it comes back. its a 1989 by the way. changed the fuel filter already, both on the carb and water...
