I just got my new KMTC11’s and the installation manual is quite vague with how to wire them to the amplifier.
Here’s my issue.
These aren’t coaxial speakers as the tweeter and mid wire separate of one another. (two wires to the tweeter and two wires to the mid)
How would I wire these to the two...
I'm strongly considering buying one and I just want to make sure it's hull is well suited for the typical Pacific conditions which is usually 2-4 feet at 12-15 seconds. What kind of cruise speed can I expect to achieve in the mentioned conditions?

Stereo's are made to be mounted in a cut out so how did you mount yours? Did you make something custom?

The inside of my tank measures 15 5/8" deep.
I read somewhere that the manufacture recommends a 1" gap from sender tube to bottom. I'm guessing this is for expansion and retraction.

My not so old 597 HD DI unit shows 8.4v on screen then shuts itself off. I test for voltage at the battery and the battery tests at 11.66v...I test at the fish finder mount contacts and it tests at 11.65v so I know I'm not losing voltage in my cabling.
