Changed crank case oil in 2011 20 hp 4 stroke and filter at end of 2018 season and as alway some oil from the filter change made its way past the rag and into the base of the upper cowl. Pretty sure I got it all wiped up and no drips but now small drips from under the cowl where the oil may...
