    1999 evinrude 4stroke 5hp?

    I'm am trying to remove the lower unit cover, there are 3 long bolts I unscrewd but it wont come apart, there is rubber cover over the upper exuast on the back, I think that's holding it together, do I pry it apart with a screw driver or what?! I don't wanna break it! :-/ thanks for any help!

    how long should trailer tires last?

    I have 5.30x12in tires. my boat is probably 1000#s or less its a 15ft alum with 25hp motor. are nylon tires bad? I going thru tires every 3 to 4 months. I fish a lot. typically 2 to 3 times a month, which is about 150 to 200 miles per trip and they are trips to mountains which are curvy drives.

    installing sterio... quick questionS

    I am installing my new BOSS marine sterio. it has 4 wires +12 volts constant, +12 volts switched, ground and one that says remote which looks like don't go anything with, its presealed with rubber Why are there 2 12V wires? Do I run them both to the battery or only one? Thanks

    at neutral but in Reverse kinda.....?

    I have a Briggs and Stratton 5hp outboard. I've noticed that when in neutral, the prop spins in reverse. and when i put it in FWD it make a bang sound. how can i fix this? I've never messed with it. there is no impellar/waterpump. it's aricooled. anyone have this happen?

    replace hub or buy a berrings kit?

    my easy loader as you can see is no longer holding greese on the axel. Should I buy a new hub or just the kit? which is easier to do? I see some hubs on ebay for $40 and kits for $15 20. Tire size is a 5.3x12 any input please! :-)

    tires wearing fast!

    I bought new tires 5 weeks ago the tires probably have less than 1k miles on them and the surfaces feel rough. Looks like the tires I just replaced! Any ideas why?? Looks like I won't even get another 1k miles out them!!!! :-(
