    84 evinrude 70 hp

    I recently bought a 84 astroglass with a 84 70hp evinrude and after running 2 tanks of fuel through it I am still having to choke it to be able to accelerate to plane. Once on plane and at full throttle it seems to run fine. Is this just a carburetor issue? I also have trouble idling in gear...
