i have a 7.4 bravo 1 ...I need to know how to adjust the idle air screws @ front of the carb the 2 screws @ the base i beleive its running rich on one side i have black smuck and carbon on one side of my boat and plugs wires are good....thanks
just finished my side exit exhaust everything looks good but i used the thin wall 4" hose where it connects to my tips it has a slight crimp due to the bend my ? is the crimp is from top to bottom not side to side will this be ok i fired it up and ran great plenty of water exiting just wanting...

I just got done rebuilding my 4.3 and fixing to do carb got the number off the side and its a 5.0 2bar. carb not the 4.3 is this a big difference between the 2....The motor is a 95 non vortec
Well going to put a reman 4.3 in my boat going with the vortec is there a good place to purchase a engine from that is reliable.Should i go with a 2 or 4 barrel carb is there a big difference in performance and what is the real hp rating not what the engine builders say.Its a 19"6 bowrider...
