Bump/New information: So I operated completely off Battery 1 on Saturday, ran the boat for 90-120 mins, turned on and off 5 or 6 times no issues. Voltage on the battery before I started the day was 12.65, voltage when I ended the day was 12.45 and at no point in time did the alternator gauge...
I agree with everything they have said, but I ran into this a few years ago and after weeks of checking everything I could think of, it ended up being a slightly loose cable to the ignition. So double check that the purple wire to your ignition switch is tight as well!

Haha no worries! I don’t see a jumper on the alternator. I don’t know a lot about this type of stuff, are you referencing the black box that says 250v?
