I am thinking about moving my fuel tank forward for better trim. I have an outboard, a 6 gallon portable fuel tank and a 16'boat. Does the length of the fuel line matter or can it be any length I might want?
I have a 1977 Evinrude 70 hp outboard motor. The motor is running smooth and is totally responsive. There is no excess fuel smell during operation, as in raw fuel. I am currently using about 2 gallons of fuel per hour. Seems high to me. Can I reduce this in any way without effecting performance...

I personally am currently running a 1977 Evinrude 70 hp 2 cycle outboard. I am using of average 2 gallons per hour at WOT.

Since the upgrade, I see that the photo size limit is now 200,000bytes. I used to upload 1.2MB photo's regularly. Is this really the new photo standard or am I missing something?:confused:

I have a cavitation plate performance stabilizer I took off an Evinrude 115hp. Is there any value in my putting it on the Evinrude 70hp I now have on the boat? Do they really work?
