Check fuel hose connections for air leaks (bad o'rings in fuel line connectors). Also check that fuel tank is venting properly. If all that checks out ok I would then suspect a fuel pump issue.

I need step by step procedure for timing and synchronization on a mercury 25hp S#0D279153 (1994??) the service manual that i have show total different linkage and throttle cam, The pick up timing is what i am concerned with because of the different throttle cam.
