Hi my buddy was given a 7.5 hp 1974 mont gomery wards motor. The motor runs good heck the guy only had ran it one time for a few minutes back when he bought it. Looks new also. Any way it is smoking and getting hot but NOT the motor or lower unit it is getting hot at the bottom of the motor...
