I have a 1973 evinrude 65hp and sometimes when I go out the boat starts to bogg down at full speed. It spits and sputters until I back off. It is almost like I am running on 1 cylinder. The fuel pump was rebuilt ( I guess that didn't work) Could it be my power pack / coils? Also, I need a stator...
