2006 Mercury 25 HP 4 Stroke. Motor hasn't run right from first day and I can't get it fixed. Runs good when first put in water, 5400 RPM's and 18 MPH. After stopping and fishing for a while, say 30 mins. to and hour, and start it up and it doesn't come up to speed, only 4400 RPM's and runs...
