    1966 65hp wiring harness

    I would like to know if a 1967 internal harness would be compatible to a 1966 mercury 65hp motor. I checked with parts and they only carry 1967 harness. s/n of motor is 2215481 and p/n inbook is a46985. can anyone tell me where else I can check. help would be greatly appreciated.

    how can the handle be adjusted so as to put a little more tension on it? the handle seems to be a little to free. i cannot set the speed for trolling as it keeps moving when i take my hand off of it.any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    transom replacement

    I have a starcraft 1965 18ft. cuddy that i want to replace the transom. I don't know how to remove the 4 bolts on each end of the transom. I don't have enough room between the side of the boat and the splashwell to get at the nuts. any help would be greatly appreciated.
