Because of some health problems I am considering adding a electric starter to my 1988 Johnson 9.9 Does any body have a list of parts I would need....starter motor etc.

I have a 87 Evinrude 110 VRO. When I raise or lower the engine with the power tilt and trim. The trim motor makes a pulsating noise and raises and lowers the motor very slow. I am sure I have the proper voltage and I already replaced the fluid. Any ideas?
I have a 87 evinrude 110 VRO. Im pretty sure the buzzer is bad. When I disconnect the two leads, (one has two puple wires and the other is a single tan wire), and connect a vom I read 11.8volts across the leads with the key in the on position. I would think I shouldn't read any voltage at this...
