    225 EFI fouls spark plugs

    97 Merc 225 EFI w/ 193 hours.<br /><br />During the past 20 hours the motor has been fouling plugs. I was using West Marine oil and I know that was a mistake. When I add new QL77C plugs and run the motor at 3500-3800 RPM for 30 min then check the plugs , they are very tan and not oily at all...
