    90 hp force wont hardly to plane out

    i have a 1991 bayliner w/90 hp force just rebulit<br />the motor new block,pistions,rings,rod bearings,<br />water pump,& thermostat.i have about 120 psi in all 3 cylenders.& a #17 prop.<br />my boat will not hardly plane out with 4 people in it& it seats 6?? & will not pull a skier?<br />need...
