    Anyone have instructions on how to set up a livewell pump. Do I need to drill any holes? My boat has a livewell compartment, but I keep it plugged b/c there is no areator pump set up... Thanks

    minn kota 40

    I was wondering if a minn kota 40# thrust will be enough for my 17' tri hull bass boat. The motor I am looking at is the minn kota edge 40 and it says reccomended boat lenght 17'. However, the mechanic at the marina I use said he would put atleast a 50# motor on it...

    too much thrust?

    Hello I have a 17' 1972 fabuglass trihull bass boat. I am bidding on a trolling motor on ebay, but I am wondering if it is too much thrust. The motor is 70# of thurst. I was told I need about 50#. My concern is if the lowest speed on a 70# is too fast... Any thoughts?
