I have a Mercury black max 150. I’m getting water in my lower unit. I have changed impeller gaskets and prop seal. Where else can be leaking into lower unit? Thanks

When mine is cold and been sitting awhile. It will click a few times at the solenoids then it takes off. It’s slow at first but does great after that. Does that sound like the pump is going bad? It was a tad low and I cleaned up a bunch of the wires...
I have a blackmax 150. This trim pump is real weak when cold. Clicks a few times until it starts picking up but then it’s fine. I think it’s about burnt up. Fluid is full. What is the part number to replace? I’m having trouble finding one. Thanks
