Im replacing the impeller on my 96' mercury 150 off shore xl and it seems like theres a seal missing , is there a rubber seal between the plastic sleave and the water pump cover and or the plastic sleave and copper tubing ? neither are present on the outboard or in the kit . any links to pdfs...
