no. not gutted but have half the deck up on portside foam exposed, took out a couple of foam samples checking for water logged foam. was dry in good shape. was some h2o in bilge but not excessive.
191 wont come up on plane. no interior water problem. trim seems fine. 120hp 4 banger runs good. hung 10hp Yammy 4 stroke off back weighs about 150 lbs only 1/4 tank fuel when tested. any ideas? I'm stumpped!
