I just acquired a circa 1992 Nissan (Tohatsu) 2.5 hp motor, pretty mechanically inclined, seller showed me receipts and stated that he'd run less than 2hrs total on back of a dinghy.
I dumped in some fuel after inspecting the tank, got plenty of fuel at the carb but no spark. Tinkered...
