    Mercruiser 40 carb flooding

    I have a 2001 Mercruiser 40 hp outboard. I rebuilt carb now it won't seat, caeb floods when compressing bulb. It will run fine after I fill bowl and disconnect fuel line. When running if I reconnect fuel line it floods out. I think I've tried Everything. New float, needle, adj float stumped...
