    Oil pumps on Kawis and Sea Doos question.

    I have both a Kawi '98 ZXI and a '99 Sea Doo XP. If I run on premix gas/oil in gas tank, can I leave the oil pump on and just let the oil tank run empty? <br />Will this harm the pump?<br />I know there are block off plates out there, but is it really necessary? Thanks for any help.

    Is it better to run on higher octane 93 or better to run on 86 or 89. I have a 2001 Johnson 90.

    Carb adjust help.

    Got a 90 Johnson '01 model with four carbs. How do you adjust each at idle to get correct setting. Have turned needles considerably in both directions seems to affect run very little. Is this a very subtle thing or an art to it or is it just a best guess type deal?

    How do you balance carbs on 2001 Johnson 90 ?

    I have a 2001 Johnson 90 with 4 carbs. How do you set the low speed idle mixture screws so that each cylider is getting a good mix without one being overly rich or lean? I don't have any specialized tools. Is this possible?
