    Mercury 90 hp Trigger Question

    Been having problems with my 2000 Merc 90 hp 2 stroke. Decided to check stator and trigger. Stator ohmed good but and sure about trigger. Checking white to purple ohmed opened as expected. Black to brown showed 1.8 ohms. Could this be my problem?
