I will describe my issue the best I can. Outboard is a 2000 - 150 mercury 2 stroke. Tried to start it this spring and found that the starter could not spin the flywheel, motor was seized. It ran fine when the season ended. I could not ge it to spin with socket and breaker bar on flywheel nut...
