I just got a 1955 3hp Seaking. It starts and runs really good but the motor is getting really hot. Anybody have any idea what would cause this? Maybe water pump????

I put a brand new cork float in it and now when I adjust the lean to rich needle it comes out extremely fast out of the bottom where the throttle moves up and down.
