My "mechanic" screwed me over so I am doing my first repower on an old 1979 Classic Boats Falchion. I have a reman mercruiser 260 long block (casting 3970010,non center bolt heads)that I'm trying to button up and wanted to clear up some conflicting info to try and save some cash...
