    My Omc 2.3 Wot 4100 Rpm's And Feels Like Its Holding Back Just A Bit But When I Ease Of The Throttle The Boat Actually Goes Faster And Up To 4500 Rpm's And Doesnt Hold Back. Any Suggestions?
