I let it idle a bit while e.g anchoring or docking. I will get those noid lamps and see the result but I will take some time since it is winter tome here and boat in 100 miles from my place, only on weekends if good weather I might go to the marina.

I am not a mechanic but I have checked fuel pressure and assure it is pretty correct, and once it has started it runs perfect.

Volvo Penta 5.7 Gxi-F always starts perfect when cold, but when it gets warmed up, you need to prime throttle (no need full open, 1/4 may be enough)

I am actually facing the same issue and engine behavior (EST A fault). it starts very well when cold and runs great until it is reaching the operational temperature, same as you.
