What I mean by that is, the boat doesn't seem to be going as fast as the engine sounds - if that makes sense. I can throttle up to about 4k RPM and the boat doesn't go above 25 MPH or so. The red line is quite a bit higher (7k I think), but I don't know if it's safe to run higher than 4k RPM...
