My flywheel is stuck, I read through the forum, took my lower unit off and it's somewhere in the powerhead, put marvel mystery oil in powerhead, sat overnight, took spark plugs out, pull on flywheel with rope, still stuck, it was turning fine before the winter, do i put in more oil and wait...
