    Is trim tab necessary?

    I removed my lower unit and when i tried to remove the bolt that holds the trim tab on it broke. I've tried to remove it w/o sucess. My question is i have a stingray hydrofoil mounted on my 110hp rude, do i really need the trimtab?

    1978 evinrude 115 tilt and trim

    i'm having trouble getting a trim motor for my tnt system. i have the calco style motor which i think the # is omc 17-2847. everyone wants to retrofit my motor/pump assembly. my question is can i do the retrofit or does anyone know someone that sells just the motors???

    ski prop?

    19' 89 bayliner capri w/ 125 force outboard, wot w/ 3 people on board is 5400rpms. prop thats on is 13'1/4 "x 15"pitch aluminum, (bad shape)!! want to put on a 4 blade, either 13 1/4"x15"pitch or a 12.8"x 17"pitch composite (not rich)? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
